02What personal data we collect
We only collect data you give us voluntarily through the contact form:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Type of service (chosen from a menu)
- The content of your message
Through web analytics (only with your consent) we collect pseudonymous visit data: device type, browser, location (city level) and pages visited.
On every visit, our hosting provider's server automatically records technical data (IP address, time of request, page requested, browser type). It is used only for security and fixing faults.
Providing your data is not a legal or contractual requirement. Without your name, email address and a description of the project, however, we cannot reply to your enquiry.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
04Recipients of personal data
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing. Contact-form data is sent through our web server to our email address.
Processors handle data on our behalf and on our instructions (Art. 28 GDPR), under a data processing agreement:
- Website hosting provider: hosting the site, handling the form and server logs.
- Email service provider: storing the enquiries we receive.
If you consent to analytics, data is also processed by:
- Google LLC (USA), Google Analytics 4. GA4 does not store full IP addresses, but the identifiers in its cookies are pseudonymous, not anonymous. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

08Complaints to the supervisory authority
If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia:

09Data security
The website uses HTTPS (SSL/TLS) to encrypt all transfers. Access to data is limited to authorised people. All data is stored in the EU, or with appropriate safeguards for transfers to third countries.

We may update this privacy policy at any time. The date of the last change is always shown at the top of the page. If we are in contact with you, we will tell you about significant changes by email.
